Return and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Iron & Grace Co sells downloadable digital products, including but not limited to nursing and EMS study guides, report sheets, flashcards, templates, printable resources, and educational materials.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and the digital file has been delivered.

By purchasing from Iron & Grace Co, you understand and agree that:

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable.
  • Digital products cannot be exchanged.
  • Downloaded files cannot be returned.
  • Access to the product is provided electronically after purchase.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review the product description before purchasing.

If you experience an issue accessing, downloading, or opening your file, please contact us and we will be happy to help. If needed, we may personally email the purchased file to the email address used at checkout.

Please contact us if:

  • Your download link does not work.
  • You did not receive your file after purchase.
  • You are having trouble opening the PDF.
  • You accidentally entered the wrong email address at checkout.
  • There is a technical issue with the file.

We want every customer to receive the product they purchased. While refunds are not offered for digital downloads, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve file access or delivery issues.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Failure to read the product description.
  • Expecting a physical item when the listing states it is digital.
  • Compatibility issues with third-party software, apps, printers, or devices.
  • Downloaded files that have already been accessed.
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference after receiving the product.

If there is a genuine issue with the digital file itself, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can review the concern and provide assistance.
