Iron & Grace Co primarily sells digital products. Digital products include downloadable PDFs, nursing and EMS study guides, report sheets, flashcards, templates, printable resources, and other educational materials.
No physical product will be shipped for digital download purchases.
After completing your purchase, your digital product will be delivered electronically. You may receive access through:
- A download link on the order confirmation page.
- A download link sent to the email address used at checkout.
- Another electronic delivery method provided through our website.
Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct. Iron & Grace Co is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address entered by the customer.
Most digital products are available shortly after purchase. If you do not receive your download link, please check:
- Your spam or junk folder.
- Your promotions folder.
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your order confirmation page.
If you still cannot access your file, please contact us at support@shopirongrace.com and include your name, order number, and the email address used at checkout.
If needed, we may personally email the purchased file to the email address used for the order.
Because our current products are digital, there are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or physical delivery times associated with digital download orders.
If Iron & Grace Co offers physical products in the future, shipping details for those items will be provided at that time.
